1331 會員系統 Sprint 5E+
目前系統已從單純的 payment-ready / admin-ready 版本，推進到可做 automation、revenue ops、cron orchestration、以及老闆 round 1 實測的版本。 真正還沒收乾淨的，已集中在外部 Stripe live verification 與真實通知 provider 接線。
目前已完成
- • Sprint 5B：DB provider contract、deploy acceptance verifier、preview env 邊界已收斂
- • Sprint 5C：payment provider adapter、callback verification / normalization、canonical state machine 已落地
- • Sprint 5D：admin home / operations / activities / notifications / scheduler / integrations / members / templates / reports 已收斂成 workflow-first 後台
- • Sprint 5E：payment pending reminder、payment expiry sweep、activity reminder、task due reminder、notification dispatch queue 已落地
- • Sprint 5E 外部延伸：Vercel cron route、webhook-ready notification provider、admin scheduler job orchestration 已落地
- • 技術債 round 1：middleware 已改為 proxy，build warning 已清掉；前台/付款/儀表板也已做第一輪可測試性與 UI polish
- • 目前 repo 版本 tests PASS、build PASS、production 已部署，可開始老闆實測 round 1
尚未完成 / 待辦
- • 5C 外部完成線：補齊真實 Stripe 憑證、dashboard webhook 設定，並完成 preview / production-like 真實收款驗證
- • 通知外部 provider 目前已可切 webhook，但尚未填入真實 NOTIFICATION_WEBHOOK_URL / secret，因此仍以 mock dispatch 為主
- • Vercel cron 已接線；若要更完整硬化，下一步補 CRON_SECRET 與最終排程頻率調校
- • 老闆實測 round 1 後的 UI / 功能 round 2 仍待依回饋調整
老闆現在可測的重點
登入、活動報名、付款草稿、payment status / callback、admin workflow、scheduler jobs、notifications backlog、revenue / ops dashboard。
後台管理者
可從 workflow-first admin 入口處理 triage、活動與名單、通知派送、scheduler jobs、provider readiness 與 KPI。
自動化與營運槓桿
已有待付款提醒、活動提醒、任務到期提醒、過期清理、queue dispatch、Vercel cron 路線，以及 webhook-ready notification adapter。
